I am looking for some guidance on stones. Do you offer consultations?
Yes, I am very happy to set up a consultation to discuss what you are interested in achieving and providing some intuitive insights into products that may be helpful to you.
Some of the products appear to have white lines in them. What are those lines?
Many of our highly polished items reflect nearby objects in the photo. The white lines are a reflection of the LED lights in the photo studio. We do our best to reduce these when we can but if there are any items for which you might like to see other photos, we are happy to provide these to you via FB Messenger or email. Kindly reach out and let us know.
I live in the metro Quad Cities (IA/IL) area. Can I arrange to pick up my order?
At this time, we are not offering pick-up. For a small fee ($5) we will deliver your order to you or arrange to meet you.
Do you have a physical shop where I can come and see your products?
At this time, we are a web-based store only. Unfortunately, we have paused doing vendor fairs due to family health issues. Happy to set up a remote personal shopping trip for anyone interested.
You are sold out of an item I really wanted. Do you have a waiting list?
Unfortunately, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of crystals and shifting availability, it is difficult to know if a particular item, shape, color, will be available in the future so this is not an option we currently provide.
